You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in their original state—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@grandmasterjacket.com or use Live Chat with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

We gladly accept exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size. For exchange requests, please contact us at info@grandmasterjacket.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear after approval. If you haven’t received it after this period, contact us.
Refunds will not be given for promotional discounts that were not applied at the time of purchase. All discounts must be redeemed during checkout; adjustments cannot be made afterward.
